Full-time Dive Supervisor/Superintendent
EnviroScience, Inc. (ES), an ADCI member company, has an opening for a Dive Supervisor / Dive Superintendent in Stow, Ohio (near Akron). Since 1989, ES has provided specialized environmental and diving services to a broad range of clients. Our Diving Division works on a variety of projects throughout the eastern U.S., from all types of inland construction and inspection jobs to scientific surveys. Job Description: The Dive Supervisor is responsible for project management (including preparation of dive plans and oversight of dive operations), marketing and development of new diving business, and recruiting / hiring of divers. This position is full-time and requires overnight travel for extended periods of time. Strong management, computer, writing, and marketing abilities are necessary, along with a minimum of 5 years related work experience, current dive certifications, and a valid driver’s license. ADCI air dive supervisor card is preferred, or eligibility for the card is required. ES offers an excellent benefits package including health coverage, 401(k) with company contribution, and paid holiday, sick and vacation time. Exact salary will be negotiated based on experience and performance; the pay grade begins at $50K. The position opening is immediate and is subject to background and drug screening.
